Kristin Robertson is a consultant for Elevate. She is an EOS Implementer, executive coach and leadership development trainer. As an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) Implementer, she works with businesses to get a grip on their operations, helping leaders instill discipline, focus and accountability into their companies. Based on the book Traction, EOS is a proven process that hundreds of thousands of companies have implemented to improve and grow their operations.
Kristin moved from the Dallas-Fort Worth area to Austin, TX at the height of the pandemic in summer, 2020. She was on contract faculty at University of Texas – Dallas for five years, where she provided leadership development, company culture, communication styles and change management training to large organizations.
As an executive coach, Kristin combines her business savvy with deep compassion to help leaders fulfill their potential. She has helped leaders transition to larger roles in their companies, break through the glass ceiling, and run effective and efficient teams. She also provides team coaching that starts with an assessment of current factors that lead to team effectiveness. Team coaching meetings help members to devise new behavioral agreements, define roles, responsibilities and decision-making processes.
Kristin is skilled at finding the root cause of issues in both team dynamics and individual development. Before becoming a consultant, Kristin served as an executive in high tech and financial services companies, specializing in effective client services delivery and team-base knowledge sharing. She holds the Professional Certified Coach credential from International Coaching Federation.
