Herb Dyer. Herb served recently as Vice President for Ascension Health, responsible for shared services across twelve hospitals serving the greater Austin area. Herb has a long successful history of leading complex capital projects and diverse teams.
Herb shares his experience and expertise as an executive coach and as a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I ) trainer and facilitator. He understands leadership and develops and delivers dynamic programs. Leaders count on his advice to help grow their organizations. An expert strategic planner who helps team stay motivated and deliver results.
Herb has a Master’s in Public Administration from Baruch College, City University of New York. Herb attributes his ability to communicate effectively with different teams through is adoption of neuroscience research on how to fine-tune his message.
He has received Distinguished Service Awards from the YMCA and Kyle Area Chamber of Commerce and was awarded Outstanding Speaker from the National Black MBA Association, Austin Texas. He is a regular guest speaker/lecturer at The University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
