David serves as a Consultant for Elevate. His key focus is on organizational development and change management. David partners with executives and entrepreneurs to increase managerial effectiveness, develop strategy, and deepen employee engagement. His extensive research on managerial leadership behavior, organizational culture, and enterprise technology make him a unique and powerful asset for business leaders looking to solve problems, build teams, and improve performance.
Before his involvement with Elevate, David worked with independent business owners and corporate leaders in the financial services industry for more than a decade in multiple sales, training, and business development roles.
David earned a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Tyler, specializing in Organizational Development and Change Management. He earned his MBA from the University of Wisconsin in Eau Claire and holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh. David also earned a bachelor’s degree in Theater Arts from Carleton College in Northfield Minnesota. His educational background and work focus areas demonstrate his passion for developing people, driving innovation, improving processes, and driving change to build value and culture for leaders and their organizations.
In addition to his training, coaching, and program leadership experience, David is a Certified Financial Planner and a Chartered Financial Consultant.
