In Now you are speaking my language, Barbara Morris-Blake explains how an individual’s communication style has the potential to be both attractive and engaging. Yet on the other hand, it can also be a turn-off for people with very different communication styles. In this interactive session, participants will gain valuable insight into their personal communication style, and how to make minor (or not so minor, depending on the person!) adjustments that will make a world of difference in how they are perceived by others. In the end, it’s about building and maintaining effective relationships in the workplace. Knowing their audience will help delegates become more effective leaders, coaches, mentors and co-workers.
