Team Coaching Case Study:

When the CEO and Board of this consumer-services organization approached Elevate about Team Coaching, they were quick to express their frustrations with their leadership team’s level of involvement.  After interviewing all members of the team, Elevate identified the surprising issue: a lack of clarity as to what their purpose actually was. From here, Elevate used Lumina Spark to gain a deeper understanding of what was preventing the team from understanding and collaborating on shared goals.  Elevate discovered communication was at the crux of the problem and worked with the group to improve the depth and style of their interactions and co-create solutions.  These interventions – which included developing an official code of conduct as well as concrete goals and measurements – were developed with the intention of creating a high-preforming, collaborative team.

When the CEO, Board and management group were surveyed 3 months after engaging Elevate, a remarkable improvement in teamwork and delivering on organizational goals was revealed. A follow-up survey at 12 months confirmed the team was continuing to perform at an elevated level.
